Shipping Policy

Desi Authentic will deliver to all and any postal address within India, USA, UK, Singapore, Dubai, etc. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code/zip code.

Please note that residential shipments to the USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents are USPS / DHL / FEDEX / UPS / SpeedPost.

Typically all deliveries are made from Monday thru Friday in most cities as they follow a 5-day work culture. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also but on some extra cost and case by case basis.

Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays.

If you ordered two or more items, we will try our best to package them and deliver to you in a single delivery. But, sometimes you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Because, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Desi Authentic keeps the shipping charges as simple, easy and straight forward as possible.

There are two types of pricing:

a. Simple Pricing: Pay just US $10 on each item of your choice for shipping it anywhere across the world from India. No calculations of weight or volume to work through. 

b. Enjoy Free Shipping Benefits:

1. Free Shipping on each item billed* at US $99 or above by entering the discount code DSHIP on the shopping page.
2. And, all orders with billed value above US $200* are also automatically eligible for Free Shipping on all products.
